Borrow Well provides credit assistance services including home loan and investment lending advice, loan structuring, lender selection, application management, and post-settlement support. Our services are provided in accordance with the National Consumer Credit Protection Act 2009 (NCCP Act) and our obligations as a credit representative.
3. General Advice Warning
Information provided on this website or in initial conversations is general in nature and does not constitute personal financial, legal, or tax advice. We will always consider your individual circumstances before providing a credit recommendation. A Credit Guide and Credit Proposal will be provided to you prior to engaging our services.
4. Fees and Commissions
Borrow Well charges a fee for service. We may also receive commissions from lenders upon settlement of a loan. Full details of our fee structure and any lender commissions will be disclosed in your Credit Guide before we proceed. We are committed to acting in your best interest at all times.
5. Your Obligations
To enable us to provide credit assistance, you agree to provide accurate and complete information about your financial position, income, expenses, assets, and liabilities. Providing false or misleading information may affect your application and could constitute a breach of law.
6. Privacy
We collect and handle your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles. Your information will only be used to assess your borrowing needs and facilitate your application. We will never sell your personal information to third parties. 7. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Borrow Well is not liable for any loss or damage arising from reliance on general information provided on this website. Our liability in connection with credit assistance services is governed by the NCCP Act and applicable Australian consumer law.

9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of South Australia.
